Seven Days in Madeira

always remember this can be finetuned to desired taste (or if prefered, totally arranged by us), but these examples are very sucessful combinations


Day 1 — Arrival · Lights aglow

Evening stroll under Christmas illuminations; dinner with Madeira wine notes.


Day 2 — Monte lines · Tropical calm

Mercado dos Lavradores, cable car to Monte, Monte Palace & Botanical Garden duo. Optional wicker toboggan descent.


Day 3 — South cliffs · Easy levada

Cabo Girão skywalk and an easy Levada do Norte stretch (2–3 h). Sunset over Câmara de Lobos.


Day 4 — Emerald heart

Levada do Caldeirão Verde (13 km · 5 h). Quiet evening, tomorrow is the big night.


Day 5 — New Year’s Eve · The 8-minute thunder

Slow morning, spa or coastal walk. Private terrace, pier box or boat for the midnight show over Funchal’s bay. Champagne, embraces, the island ablaze.


Day 6 — First swim · First sail

Late start. Dolphin & whale watch or coastal cruise; long lunch and siesta.


Day 7 — East winds · Lava colours

Ponta de São Lourenço peninsula walk (7–8 km · 2.5–3 h) and quiet cove swim.


Day 8 — The return · Fresh year

Checkout, airport transfer, resolutions packed alongside memories.
